Simply Prawns
Prawns are not only high in protein, but they are also delicious and low in calories. Eat them plain, in a salad, warm, chilled or dipped! They are such a versatile and fairly inexpensive protein, and they can be made in a snap using your air fryer.

Ingredients

medium raw prawns
tail on, deveined, thawed or fresh
▢
1 ½
tablespoons
butter
melted
▢
¾
tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
about ½ medium lemon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss prawns in butter.
Place prawns in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Gently flip prawns.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Transfer prawns to a large serving plate.
Squeeze lemon juice over prawns and serve.
