vegetable stock

Instructions
Sauté the onion in oil and red wine for about 12 minutes.
Stir in cumin and oregano and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add honey, vinegar, tomatoes, chipotle, stock, and salt.
Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
Transfer in a blender and blend until smooth.
