Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the egg, evaporated milk, oats, onion, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Add the ground beef and mix well.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
Place the meatballs onto a lightly oiled rack in a baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat while keeping the meatballs on the rack.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring the sauce to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring frequently.
Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes until hot and glazed.
