Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Whisk until well combined.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let cool before using or storing.
