Soft Molasses Cookies

baking soda

ginger

cinnamon

extra sugar
for rolling
Instructions
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add molasses and eggs and beat well.
Add flour, salt, baking soda, and spices; beat again.
Chill at least 30 minutes.
Roll dough into balls and then roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10-11 minutes.

Do not overbake.
