Instructions
Whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Heat milk to near boiling.
Whisk milk into egg mixture.
Return to saucepan.
Cook while whisking until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool and refrigerate 4 hours.
Spoon into bowls.
Add bananas and wafers.
Serve cold.
