Instructions
In a blender, combine the apple sugar-free syrup, cinnamon sugar-free syrup, VegeFuel (or protein powder), crushed ice, and optional heavy cream.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if desired by adding more syrup or ice.
