thin beef parboiled sausage
Instructions
Brush the Air Fryer cooking basket with 1 teaspoon of canola oil.
Add the sliced bell peppers, serrano pepper, and shallot to the basket.
Toss the vegetables with sea salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, mustard seeds, and fennel seeds.
Cook at 390°F (199°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
Reserve the pepper mixture.
Reduce the Air Fryer temperature to 380°F (193°C).
Add the remaining teaspoon of oil to the basket, then place the sausages in it.
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
Serve the sausages with the reserved peperonata.
