Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F (200°C).
Heat sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté scallions, garlic, and bell pepper until tender and fragrant.
Add ground beef, oregano, marjoram, and chili powder.
Cook until the beef is browned, about 3 minutes.
Stir in refried beans, salt, and black pepper until combined.
Divide the beef and bean mixture evenly among the wrappers.
Top each wrapper with shredded Cotija cheese, then roll them up.
Lightly spritz the roll-ups with cooking oil on all sides.
Place the rolls in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 11–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
