Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
Whisk together the almond butter, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and vegetable broth until smooth.
Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the tofu for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Transfer the tofu to a plate.
