Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Cut the fingerling potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground oregano, ground cumin, hot paprika, ground black pepper, ground coriander, and chili powder.
Add the potato wedges to the spice mixture and toss to coat the wedges evenly.
Keep the air fryer temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the wedges, turning them once halfway through, until they are golden and cooked.
Serve the wedges topped with oregano leaves and seasoned with salt to taste.
