Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Form mixture into 16 balls (each approximately 3 cm in diameter).
Place sausage balls in an ungreased air fryer basket.
Cook for 6 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 75°C.
Transfer to a large serving plate and serve warm.
