of frozen spinach

▢
2
sheets of frozen puff pastry
just thawed
▢
3
ounces
of crumbled feta
▢
1/2
cup
of finely grated Parmesan cheese
▢
Cooking spray
Instructions
Place the thawed spinach in a fine sieve and squeeze out excess liquid.
Coarsely chop the spinach and pat it dry between sheets of paper towels.
Lay one pastry sheet on a parchment paper-lined tray.
Spread half of the spinach and half of the combined cheeses on top.
Place the remaining sheet of pastry on top of this layer.
Sprinkle the remaining spinach and cheeses over the second pastry sheet.
Cut the pastry stack in half and place one half on top of the other half.
Press them together firmly.
Put the pastry stack in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up before cutting it crossways into 24 strips.
Pinch one end of a strip, then twist it from end to end until it's about 8 inches long.
Pinch the other end to seal it.
Repeat the twisting process with the remaining strips.
Preheat your 5- or 6-quart air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Carefully pull out the air fryer pan and basket.
Spray the basket with cooking spray, then place half of the twists in the basket.
Slide the pan and basket back into the appliance.
Keep the temperature set at 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Cook until the twists are golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked twists to a wire rack to cool.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining twists.
