Instructions
Peel the ginger and garlic and puree with the rapeseed oil.
Wash the steaks, pat dry and rub the ginger paste on them.
Prepare rice noodles according to the package instructions.
Peel the carrot and cut into fine strips.
Clean the snow peas and cut into strips.
Blanch the carrots and sugar snap peas in salted water for 3 minutes.
Bring the honey, broth and soy sauces to the boil and stir in the starch.
