Cinnamon stick
Instructions
Wash, halve, and pit the plums.
Break up the cinnamon and place in a burlap spice bag with the cloves.
Boil the water with honey and the spice bag.
Add the plums and slowly cook until they are soft.
Let cool, remove the spice bag, and flavor with slivovitz.
Store well sealed.
