For the Scotch Fillet:

For the Sauce:

Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (199°C).
Coat the scotch fillet strips evenly with crushed tortilla chips.
Spritz with cooking spray.
Place the coated strips in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
While the beef cooks, prepare the sauce: heat butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic, rosemary, and dill, and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in beef broth, fish sauce, and honey.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Once cooked, transfer the beef strips to the saucepan with the sauce and coat evenly.
Let sit for about 8 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Optionally, serve over egg noodles.
