Strawberry-Almond Cream Cheese

Serve this hearty cream cheese as a sweet topping for scones, bagels, or English muffins.

Ingredients

Makes approximately 1¼ cups

Prep: 10 min., Chill: 1 hr.

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries about 8 large strawberries

Instructions

  • Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor just until blended.
  • (Do not overprocess or mixture will be thin.
  • )
  • Add strawberries; process just until blended.
  • Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
