Instructions
In a large ceramic dish, combine garlic, melted butter, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, lime juice, and white wine.
Add the salmon steaks, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F and arrange the marinated salmon steaks on the grill pan.
Cook the salmon for 5 minutes, or until the flesh is easily flaked with a fork.
Flip the steaks, baste with the reserved marinade, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
