Instructions
Place the beef strips in a large ceramic dish.
Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, tamari sauce, ginger-garlic paste, mustard, honey, and chili powder.
Mix well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
Cook the marinated beef in the Air Fryer for 18 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and water to make the sauce.
