shallot powder

porcini powder

teaspoon
celery seeds

paprika

skirt steak
sliced

Sea salt and ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place the soy sauce, molasses, garlic, vinegar, shallot powder, porcini powder, celery seeds, paprika, and skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag.
Shake well to coat the steak evenly and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket.
Season the steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through the cooking time.
Serve warm and enjoy your tender, flavorful steak.
