Super Easy Vegan Summer Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients

Frozen mixed berries
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Water or fruit juice
apple or orange

Lemon juice

Maple syrup or agave nectar
to taste
Instructions
Combine frozen berries, water/juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
Scoop and serve.
