28 oz can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

28 oz can tomato sauce

Instructions
Place a large skillet on medium heat.
Heat the oil in it.
Add the sausages and cook them for 10 min.
Add the onion, celery, and garlic then cook them of 8 min.
Grease a slow cooker.
Transfer the sausage mix to it.
Stir the wine into the skillet then pour it into the pot.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salt then combine them completely.
Put on the lid and cook the ragu for 5 h on low.
Stir in the cream.
Cook the ragu of 1 h on low.
Serve it warm.
