Texas Grilled Sirloin With Serrano Chile Salsa

Ingredients
Makes 8 servings

lean boneless top sirloin steak
trimmed

fresh lime juice

chopped fresh oregano

chopped fresh rosemary

pepper
▢

garlic cloves
pressed

Serrano Chile Salsa

Flour tortillas
Instructions
Combine steak and next 5 ingredients in a large zip-top freezer bag; seal and shake well.
Chill at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

Serve with

and flour tortillas.
