For the Pizza Base:

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with soy sauce and Thai peanut sauce.
Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the pizza base.
Top with shredded mozzarella, red onion slices, and shredded carrots.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and optional red chili flakes for heat.
Slice and serve hot, with extra peanut sauce for dipping if desired.
