Instructions
Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and banana to the blender.
Grate ¼ teaspoon of fresh ginger root and add it to the blender.
Add ½ cup of crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
