Instructions
Pour the coconut milk and pineapple juice into the blender.
Add the vanilla ice cream, frozen banana chunks, and frozen pineapple chunks.
Blend on the MIX setting for 30 seconds.
Switch to the SMOOTH setting and continue blending until the mixture is smooth.
While the blender is running, use a stir stick to move the ingredients around to ensure even mixing.
Serve immediately in glasses.
