Watermelon and Tequila Cooler

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • About ½ medium watermelon about 2 pounds
  • 2 ounces silver or gold tequila
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup Simple Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Cut the rind off the watermelon and remove the seeds.
  • Cut enough chunks to measure 2 cups and put in a blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth.
  • Pour over ice in 2 tall glasses.

Serve cold.
