White Wine and Chicken Meatballs
This simple recipe is a great alternative to meatballs with a red sauce. These meatballs can be eaten alone as an entrée.

Ingredients

of ground chicken thighs

of salt

teaspoon
of ground fennel seed
▢

teaspoon
of black pepper
▢

cup
of white wine
▢

cup
of parsley
chopped
▢

cup
of dried bread crumbs
▢

eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Stir untilcombined thoroughly.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Roll the mixture until golf-ball-sized meatballs, packing firmly.
Place the meatballs in the baking dish in even rows.
Themeatballs should be touching.
Bake until the meatballs are cooked thoroughly.
This usually takes about 14 minutes.
Let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
