Yogurt and Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

½ stick very cold butter, cut into small pieces

plain yogurt

milk

sour cream

finely chopped green onions or chives
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, or generously grease the baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oregano.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbles.
Add the yogurt, milk, and sour cream and stir gently to form a soft, sticky dough.
Stir in the green onions.
Using about ¼ cup for each biscuit, drop the dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are a light golden brown.
