Instructions
In a large ceramic dish, mix all ingredients to create a marinade.
Add the skirt steak, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and coat the sides and bottom with cooking spray.
Place the skirt steak in the Air Fryer basket, reserving the marinade.
Cook the steak for 12 minutes, turning it over a couple of times and basting with the reserved marinade during cooking.
Serve warm with roasted new potatoes, if desired.
