Ingredients

  • 16 oz. lump crab meat
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 zested and juiced lemon
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slices ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your panini press.
  • Combine the meat, mayonnaise, pepper, lemon zest, salt, lemon juice, hot sauce, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Take the bread slices, then brush both sides with butter.
  • Place the meat mixture on a single side of 4 bread slices, ensuring it is well spread.
  • Cover the ingredients with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Grill the sandwiches until they turn golden brown.
