Instructions
Preheat your panini press.
Combine the meat, mayonnaise, pepper, lemon zest, salt, lemon juice, hot sauce, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a bowl.
Take the bread slices, then brush both sides with butter.
Place the meat mixture on a single side of 4 bread slices, ensuring it is well spread.
Cover the ingredients with the remaining slices of bread.
Grill the sandwiches until they turn golden brown.
