Notes & Wine Advice
Serving Suggestions
Serve the tacos with lime wedges, avocado, shredded cabbage, tomato salsa, or a side from our salad recipes. Seasoned rice, corn, or black beans can make the meal more substantial.
Recipe Notes
Use firm white fish such as barramundi, snapper, cod, or tilapia. Pat the fillets dry before seasoning and leave space between them in the basket. Browse our air fryer recipes for more fish and seafood ideas.
Variations
Replace the flour tortillas with corn tortillas or lettuce wraps. Add chili flakes, smoked paprika, cumin, or extra lemon myrtle from our Spices & Seasoning recipes.
Wine Advice
A crisp Sauvignon Blanc complements the citrus character of lemon myrtle and the fresh toppings. A dry Riesling is another refreshing choice, especially when chili is added.
