Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Sauté garlic and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and ground Italian pork sausage; cook until browned.
Drain any excess fat.
Add zucchini, spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
Add dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Serve the Zucchini and Sausage Stovetop Delight over cooked elbow macaroni.
