- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Instructions
- Season the porterhouse steak with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and marjoram.
- Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the surface of the steak, followed by the melted butter.
- Place the steak in the preheated air fryer basket at 390°F.
- Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (medium-rare: 130°F, medium: 140°F, medium-well: 150°F).
- Adjust cooking time as needed.
