Dijon mustard

Instructions
Season the porterhouse steak with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and marjoram.
Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the surface of the steak, followed by the melted butter.
Place the steak in the preheated air fryer basket at 390°F.
Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (medium-rare: 130°F, medium: 140°F, medium-well: 150°F).
Adjust cooking time as needed.
Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
