  • 1 pound porterhouse steak cut into 2 pieces (meat removed from the bone)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions

  • Season the porterhouse steak with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and marjoram.
  • Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the surface of the steak, followed by the melted butter.
  • Place the steak in the preheated air fryer basket at 390°F.
  • Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (medium-rare: 130°F, medium: 140°F, medium-well: 150°F).
  • Adjust cooking time as needed.
  • Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
