  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon shallot powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 357°F (180°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, Gochugaru, marjoram, thyme, mustard seeds, shallot powder, cumin, paprika, and liquid smoke.
  • Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  • Lightly spritz both sides of the patties with cooking oil.
  • Place the patties in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  • Serve warm, with or without hamburger buns, and enjoy!
