Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 357°F (180°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, Gochugaru, marjoram, thyme, mustard seeds, shallot powder, cumin, paprika, and liquid smoke.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
Lightly spritz both sides of the patties with cooking oil.
Place the patties in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Serve warm, with or without hamburger buns, and enjoy!
