  • 2 pounds filet mignon sliced into bite-sized strips
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Place the beef strips in a large ceramic dish.
  • Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, tamari sauce, ginger-garlic paste, mustard, honey, and chili powder.
  • Mix well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Cook the marinated beef in the Air Fryer for 18 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and water to make the sauce.
