  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 10 Goya discs pastry dough
  • 2 egg whites beaten

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef and cook for 4 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
  • Stir in the raisins, oregano, tomato paste, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F.
  • Brush the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil.
  • Divide the filling evenly among the pastry discs.
  • Fold each disc in half and seal the edges tightly.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg whites.
  • Bake in batches for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite salsa sauce and enjoy!
