  • For the London Broil:
  • 2 pounds London broil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, rice vinegar, and molasses to prepare the marinade.
  • Add the London broil to the bowl, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spritz the grill pan with cooking oil.
  • Place the marinated London broil on the grill pan and cook for 18 minutes.
  • Turn the London broil over and top with tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper, and mustard.
  • Continue grilling for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the Air Fryer, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
