Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, rice vinegar, and molasses to prepare the marinade.
Add the London broil to the bowl, ensuring it is fully coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spritz the grill pan with cooking oil.
Place the marinated London broil on the grill pan and cook for 18 minutes.
Turn the London broil over and top with tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper, and mustard.
Continue grilling for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the Air Fryer, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
