Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook for 4 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
Stir in the raisins, oregano, tomato paste, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F.
Brush the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil.
Divide the filling evenly among the pastry discs.
Fold each disc in half and seal the edges tightly.
Brush the tops with beaten egg whites.
Bake in batches for 7 to 8 minutes.
Serve with your favorite salsa sauce and enjoy!
