Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 lamb chops

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, and thyme; stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush lamb chops with the olive oil mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Grease grill with oil.
  • Discard marinade before placing meat onto the grill.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
