Instructions
In a small bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, and thyme; stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brush lamb chops with the olive oil mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Grease grill with oil.
Discard marinade before placing meat onto the grill.
Cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
