Lemon and Thyme Lamb Chops.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 lamb chops
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, and thyme; stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush lamb chops with the olive oil mixture.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Grease grill with oil.
- Discard marinade before placing meat onto the grill.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
