Dill Butter Sole

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 lbs. sole fillets
- Garnish:
- Additional dill weed
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- In a small bowl, blend together softened butter, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt (if using), and white pepper.
- Transfer the seasoned butter to a cast-iron skillet and heat over medium heat until the butter mixture is melted.
- Add the sole fillets to the skillet.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the Dill Butter Sole with additional dill weed and lemon wedges as desired.
