Ingredients

  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano or marjoram chopped (or 1 teaspoon of either)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 pounds Chicken wings cut up
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted

Instructions

  • reheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Mix freshly grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh oregano or marjoram, salt, and freshly ground pepper together.
  • Place the mixture on a dry tray.
  • Dip each piece of chicken wing into the melted butter, then roll it in the cheese mixture, coating it well.
  • Place the coated wings on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, turning the wings when they become browned.
  • Wings will freeze well.
  • Thaw in the refrigerator and reheat in a 375°F oven.
