Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder use plant-based protein powder for dairy-free/vegan
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup baking stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F (175⁰ C).
  • Grind the oats into a flour using a blender or food processor.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, chocolate whey protein powder (or plant-based protein powder), unsweetened cocoa powder, peanut flour, peanut butter, baking stevia, baking powder, and unsweetened almond milk.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • The batter should be thick and chocolatey.
  • Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour the batter into the dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts.
  • Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy.
