Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F (175⁰ C).
Grind the oats into a flour using a blender or food processor.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, chocolate whey protein powder (or plant-based protein powder), unsweetened cocoa powder, peanut flour, peanut butter, baking stevia, baking powder, and unsweetened almond milk.
Mix until well combined.
The batter should be thick and chocolatey.
Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour the batter into the dish.
Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts.
Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy.
